
Hollywood star Ali MacGraw retired from acting & now lives in a tiny town
Ali MacGraw, whose real name is Elizabeth Alice MacGraw, is an American model, actor, novelist, designer, and animal rights advocate who has won numerous awards. She is well-known for films such as “The Getaway” (1972), “Goodbye, Columbus” (1969), and “Love Story” (1970). She wanted to work in the arts and was born and nurtured in a creative family in New York.

She started out as a photography assistant before transitioning into acting and modeling. She won the “Golden Globe Award for Most Promising Newcomer” after being recognized in her first two films. MacGraw’s 1970 film “Love Story” was a huge blockbuster and brought her international recognition in addition to an Academy Award nomination and a Golden Globe.

She received the title of “Top female box-office start in the world” after only three releases. Her autograph and handprints were inscribed in “Grauman’s Chinese Theater” in 1972. She has acted in a number of other movies, such as “The Getaway,” “Convoy,” “Players,” and the television miniseries “The Winds of War.” “Moving Pictures,” her autobiography, was released in 1991. MacGraw has three spouses.
